Pool Series
I'm currently working on a series of paintings, working from drawings I did while we were vacationing in Akumal, Mexico. They're focused on the shallow tide pools, the way the light reflects off the water and on the currents in the water. This is 24 x 24, oil on panel.

I had a feeling there would be something special up on your blog site after I saw the beautiful photos you sent. :) We love the painting! Feels like you could just melt into the water. The small studies are nice too!
